I personally do not think this man is a child of John s/o Terrance2. If he (John s/o Terrance2) does have a son John, I think it might be John Riley Conner of Dubois County, Indiana.

Some online genealogies make John Riley the son of John Connor, son of William Connor of Connors Prairie and his Delaware Indian wife Mekinges. Considering how much time that particular John Conner spent out west, I don't see that as probable, but anything is possible.

George M 1826 m Emily C
There is a bit of confusion here because there is this entry in the 1850 census:
1850 Indiana Warrick 170 Owen 181
Conner, George M 23 Ky/ Emily C 17 Ind/ Jonathan B Riley 1/12 Ind
And there is this in the Warrick Co Marriage Books:
1849/50 Conner, Samuel m Emily C. Lusk - 6 Nov 1850 by John Stephenson, JP, license issued in 1849
(Warrick County Marriage Book 2, p. 126 )
And this in the Court Order Books
1851 - Conner Sam W v Emily C divorce 1851 845
I am as sure as I can be that the Emily with George in 1850 is in fact Emily Lusk, and all I can think is that possibly the census taker made a mistake on the name - the name immediately preceeding George Conner on the census was George Somebody-else (and possibly someone else assumed that all early Conners in Warrick County belonged to John). I have never seen any evidence to corroborate either name.
Since Emily was such a free spirit, and was divorced and remarried before the 1860 census, there is no help there.
Samuel may have married another two times - and he did hang around DuBois County, so I am inclined to think he did belong with Alexander and Nathaniel who also had ties to DuBois.
