South Carolina Marriages

It's not all that easy to find marriage records in South Carolina.
According to Paul Sarrett, SC did not require the keeping of marriage records until 1911, so finding anything is largely a matter of hard work - and luck.

Sarrett himself has posted three huge files on the Rootsweb Archives:
